ProAct's director David Stone gave a presentation on "Human Displacement in a Changing Environment" during the Second International Conference on Health and Biodiversity (CoHab), that took place from Monday 25th to Thursday 28th February 2008 in Galway, Ireland.

The conference aimed to advance dialogue and collaboration across sectors on issues linking biodiversity with human health and well-being, highlighting practical cross-sectoral and holistic approaches to addressing the issues under three key thematic areas - Disaster Prevention, Relief and Recovery; Food Resources, Diet and Nutrition, and Emerging Infectious Diseases.
